Airport Procedure
When making your reservation you gave us your flight details and from this we can monitor your arrival.
We will arrange a pick up point for you to meet us outside the terminal unless you have pre booked an assistance Service (£20) then we will meet and greet you and help you with your luggage and direct you to your vehicle.
